The Purpose of Fat Grafting
Improves three-dimensional appearance without facial bone surgery.
If the facial area is flat or lacks volume, it may be necessary to directly reshape the bones through facial contouring surgery. However, this can often be challenging. In such cases, fat grafting can be employed to smooth the facial contour and add a three-dimensional effect, thus making the face appear smaller. Increasing facial volume through this approach can also lend a more youthful appearance.

Simply adding well-purified fat to the face does not necessarily increase the fat retention rate.
