Droopy Nose

What is Droopy Nose Surgery?

A droopy nose, as the name suggests, is when the tip of the nose droops, making the nose appear long and the person look older. The causes can vary, so at The Plus Plastic Surgery, we plan and perform droopy nose surgery according to each individual’s condition.

What Causes a Droopy Nose?

1. Weak support structure of the nose tip.
2. Overdeveloped muscle pulling the nose tip down.
3. Large and long nasal septal cartilage or nasal concha.
4. Excessively high nasal root (the area between the eyebrows).
5. Weight and gravity in patients with thick skin.
6. Normal length of the nose, but accompanied by a beak nose.
7. Aging.

Surgery Cases by Type of Droopy Nose

Patients with a droopy nose often have accompanying conditions such as a high nose, beak nose deformation, arrow nose deformation etc.
